First day
Morning: Karnak Temple
Your adventure begins with a visit to the majestic Temple of Karnak, one of the largest religious complexes in the world. Here you will see ancient obelisks, statues and bas-reliefs telling about the greatness of ancient Egypt.
Day: Temple of Hatshepsut
After Karnak, you’ll head to the magnificent Temple of Hatshepsut, built in honor of one of the few female pharaohs. The architecture of the temple is harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape, which makes it unique.
Dinner
During lunch at one of the local restaurants, you will have the opportunity to relax and taste traditional Egyptian dishes.
Colossi of Memnon
After lunch, you’ll see the Colossi of Memnon, two giant statues left over from the temple of Amenhotep III. These monumental sculptures are one of the main attractions of Luxor.
Boat ride on the Nile
Next, you will have a fascinating walk along the great Nile, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the ancient city.
Valley of the Kings
The final point of the first day will be a visit to the Valley of the Kings. The tombs of many pharaohs are located here, including the famous tomb of Tutankhamun. This place is full of historical mysteries and grandeur.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel
In the evening, you will enjoy dinner and relax at your hotel before a busy second day.
Second day
Early morning: hot air balloon flight
Your day will begin with an exciting hot air balloon flight over Luxor. From above you will see majestic temples and pyramids, illuminated by the first rays of the rising sun.
Breakfast in the hotel
After the flight, you will have breakfast at the hotel to gain strength before continuing the excursion.
Luxor Temple
Next you will visit Luxor Temple, one of the most famous temples in Egypt. Its majestic walls and statues tell many stories and myths.
Valley of the Queens
The next point will be the Valley of the Queens, where the tombs of the wives and daughters of the pharaohs are located. This place is also filled with historical secrets and mysteries.
Dinner
You will have lunch in the middle of the day to refresh yourself before the last part of the excursion.
Medinet Habu Temple
The tour will end with a visit to the Medinet Habu Temple, dedicated to Pharaoh Ramses III. The temple is famous for its well-preserved bas-reliefs and inscriptions telling about the deeds of the great pharaoh.
Return to Hurghada
